Chef Sarukhanyan has graduated from the Yerevan State University, Department of Culinary and has 18 years of experience in the HORECA sector of Armenia.Have had extensive training throughout Europe and Russia and worked in the leading hotels and restaurants of Yerevan.Specialises in the traditional and modern Armenian kitchen, aswell as, European, Slavic, Mediterranean and Asian among others.
